All of our live draws can be watched on our Facebook page. We use a verified random number generator to select the winner. You can see the full draw and results live, including comments and questions from our customers. If the first number generated is unsold, we will generate a new number until we have a winner.

Instant wins:
Instant win prizes are won by matching your ticket number to a pre-set list of instant win numbers. If your ticket number matches any number on the instant win list, you will win that prize instantly. Any prizes not won by the end of the competition will be forfeited.

Automated draws:
Some of our competitions use an automated draw system. Once the competition ends, our system will randomly select a winner from all valid entries using an automated process.
